Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies 

Once you express interest in one of our tours, you will receive an email confirming tour's availability and pricing. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit 30% or 50% of the total cost is required, depending on the timing of your reservation. If your booking is less than one month before the tour start date, the full payment is required. We will send you a voucher confirming your tour once your deposit is applied. If you need to make any changes to your tour, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Please note that we reserve right to alter the itinerary or accommodations due to circumstances beyond our control. Payment options include Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Western Union, Money Gram, Wise,ut, or PayPal. The remaining balance is due one month before your tour or upon arrival in special circumstances.

Payment: We accept various payment methods, including Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Western Union, Money Gram, Wise, Revolut, or PayPal. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the tour or upon in special circumstances only. All prices are quoted in Brazilian Real (BRL) and are subject to availability at the time of booking. note that prices may change due to supplier adjustments or unforeseen circumstances, and the amounts provided are estimates based on current rates. Final payment is expected 30 days before the tour starts. For bookings made 30 days less prior to arrival, payment is required at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policies and Refunds: If you need to cancel your tour, notify us as soon as possible. Your cancellation date will be recognized as the date we receive your written notice. Please note that any deposit of 30% or 50% is non-refundable if you cancel at any time. In the event that Gasparetour cancels the tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Refunds will be processed in the original booking currency, and any exchange rate losses or transaction fees will be the client's responsibility. If you cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled start date due to medical, pandemic-related, or personal reasons, the deposit remains non-refundable; however, you postpone your tour to a later date, subject to availability, provided give at least 60 days' notice and retain the same itinerary. Please note that any price increases due to supplier changes or seasonal adjustments will apply.

Amendments: We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance. Travelers responsible for ensuring they have sufficient coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks, including those related to wildlife encounters. Changes to the itinerary may result in additional charges and are subject to the availability of suppliers.

ensuring they have adequate coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks, including those associated with wildlife encounters.

LiabilityGasparetour operates solely as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip due to the actions or omissions of third-party providers. Our staff will assist with any issues related to third parties.  

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions.  

Health, Fitness, and Special Requirements: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations during the booking process. Participation in tours is subject to Gasparetour's discretion, and we reserve the right to deny participation in activities that may compromise health and safety.

 

Travel Documents and Visas: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents are valid and up-to-date, including passports, visas, vaccination certificates and any necessary documentation for entry into Brazil or other destinations on the itinerary. Please note that no refunds will be issued delays, missed departures, or denied due to missing or incorrect documentation.

Wildlife and Nature Disclaimer: While we strive to provide the best experience possible, sightings of wildlife cannot be guaranteed, as their movements are inherently unpredictable. 

 

Image and Marketing Release: By participating in a Gasparetour tour package, you acknowledge that photos videos captured during the trip may be utilized for promotional purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

Family Tours: For our Family Tours, one child under the age of 3 can stay in the same apartment at no additional charge. A between the ages of 3 and 10 will incur a fee of 50% of the adult rate, while aged 11 and above will be charged the full adult rate.
